Find 3 recipes that you want to try (make sure they have multiple, good reviews) & make a note of all the flavors you need for them.
BullCityFlavors is my favorite place to Order from. They ALWAYS ship my order out the next day & it's usually at my door within 2-3 days. They have great customer service, too! You can get the pg/vg/flavors/bottles from there.
Decide how you're going to measure everything out & buy what you need to do that - I'd just go with weighing it out instead of measuring, it just seems easier.
Join some support groups. Do you have reddit? There's one on there. They have been more than helpful. They will look over your order for you, to make sure it looks good - that you aren't missing anything. They also have a discord, in case you need immediate help.
It's really not that hard, but don't give up! My first couple juices were AWFUL!!! After I made one single good tasting juice, I really started getting into it. It's now a lot of fun to make different flavors. I've only been doing it for 6 months or so, and I've got quite a lot of good recipes.
