Ok, so here's the situation...I'm in a topic (any topic) just reading threads and when I'm done I'd like to quote several different people. There has GOT to be an easier way that what I'm doing now. PS - I actually read the forum instructions...lol How to write posts and start threads and stuff. Anyone else ever read that?

So the only way I've figured out to quote multiple people is by right clicking the quote button and opening that quote in a new tab. Once I have all the quotes I want to reply to opened in separate tabs, I begin copying and pasting them all into 1 tab I open as my reply thread. One at a time I copy them over, reply to it and then copy over the next. Hope that makes sense! This method sucks and I do not recommend it to anyone! :nah:

Also, when I'm searching the forums I often get 0 results! Why do I suck at this?? For example, open up the advanced search feature and do a keyword search for ego. Should turn up hundreds of mentions right?? I get none. I've got it set to search all open forums, all dates and everything else. What gives?

multi quote is built in, use this button here.
multiquote_off.gif
click it on each post you want to quote and on the last post you want to quote then hit the actual quote buttons. you will be taken to the advanced post screen where you can easily reply to all quoted.

i use the regular "google" search, vbulletin forum search is often crippled by minimum number of letters to search for and stuff
