Forum Newbie! Ecig user for 1.5 years. Some questions...

Hi! I quit smoking over a year and a half ago with the help of my ecig. I used to smoke Marlboro Smooths...like 1-1.5 packs a day. I started with V4L's basic equipment, then started refilling my own stuff, then upgraded a year ago to my eGo. I don't know what model it is, it has V4L's 808? threading, but definitely an eGo. I had 4...one plopped in the toilet. Still kinda works though!My fiancé quit smoking back in 2008 cold turkey before we met, but after watching me for almost a year enjoying my ecigs, he insisted on using mine. That's when I upgraded to the eGos and gave him my old stuff. We both REALLY like the V4L's Wow Peppermint flavor liquid. It gets expensive ordering liquid for the both of us so I found ........... and ordered a huge 300ml bottle of their peppermint. The V4L is sweet, smooth, cold, almost chocolate-y/toasty/nutty to it. The ........... is just like inhaling straight from the peppermint plant. Bitter and harsh. Are there any companies out there that have good liquid in large quantities, for cheap? I go through it fast because I still have the same sponge giant cartomizer on my eGo that came stock with it. It's been a bit burnt for a while so I keep adding a little liquid every 20 minutes or so to keep the burnt taste away. I ordered a new tank without the sponge stuff that e-cig told me was for my eGo, but the threads are obviously wrong. I've found someone local that has a 1100mAh eGo-T kit with 2 batteries and stuff, charger, etc unused for cheap that I'm going to pickup tomorrow hopefully. Otherwise, I've seen and read a lot about the eGo-Twist, and that's what I'll get if I can't get the one here in town. Any suggestions for a good tank? Good place to buy liquid, or should I make my own? I have no problems with making my own, I just want to make sure I get the right supplies the first time. Money is tight right now...I want a peppermint, not menthol, that's similar to the minty/chocolate of the Marlboro Smooth. The v4l stuff is great, but too expensive with shipping. I need a larger quantity than 30mL without paying dispensing fees on more bottles. I am a veterinary nurse, my boss, office manager, and my 2 receptionists all smoke cigarettes, take frequent breaks outside, whereas I have my ecig, never get a break. But I can use my ecig whenever I want and I don't have to wait a turn. I'm so glad I found this forum! Yay! Thanks in advance!!!

I've had the wow peppermint.
You might try TV Welcome to Tasty Vapor Their tin box mint (or even the mouthwash) both are good strong peppermint flavors....get them sweetened.
But you can get a 60ml's for 15....then add just plain nic yourself or buy their 30ml's Nic in the same flavor and mix to what you need.

making a basic ejuice like peppermint isnt too hard...but does take some knowledge on it. We have a great DIY forum with good stickes. Check that out if your interested. DIY $ wise will always be your cheapest option...though it takes a bit more upfront to get supplies.

Thank you both! I ordered the same liquid with a higher pg content than before from e - cig . Com. I discovered what it was missing, the Ethyl Maltol crystals! That must be the sweet/toasty flavor that the v 4 l peppermint has.

I got my eGo-T kit today with the 2 batteries, etc. It has the clear things to put in the atomizers. I think I know how they work...on it now, I have an off brand (I think) 1.6ml clearomizer. I had filled it when I first got it like 6 months ago and never used it because my old eGos had the wrong threads. The plastic is all cracked and leaks a teeny tiny bit. As soon as my new liquid comes in I am going to use one of the clear things that came with it.

What is THE best attachment to get the best flavor/vapor without the burn taste? I've been dripping into the big carto that came with my v4l eGo. I just hate how they will just randomly burn and I don't have another and I have to use a bunch of liquid to refill it...tank? Which one is best? Clearomizer? Or...??? Cartomizer? Also, I like something with a squishy rubber mouthpiece ^__^
