I have been having issues while surfing ECF for about 2 weeks now. What is happening is I will be browsing ECF just fine and then all of a sudden a page won't load. After about 20-30 seconds of waiting my browser gives me an error about not being able to load the page. Then I will refresh the page and it will load just fine.
I have tried a bunch of stuff to remedy the issue to no avail. I have tried a different browser, I have tried a different internet connection, I have updated my computer, cleared all of my cookies out, etc.
Its to the point now, where when the forum starts acting up and the page won't load, I will open a new tab and browse another website until the ECF page loads or gives me an error, thus leaving me to think it has nothing to do with my internet connection or computer.
The computer I am having these problems on are a mac book pro thats a few years old. I do browse the forum on a desktop at my office and have never had an issue with the forum tho.
