Click on Settings, then Edit Signature. You'll then add your sig to a field that looks a lot like this one. Hope that helps!
When you get 15 posts (I think that's the magic number) up at the top is a button that says 'Settings'. Click on Settings and it will take you to another screen. On the left is a list. As soon as you have the required post count 'Edit Signature' will show up on that list.

15 posts and then 25 minutes after the hour the server resets then you will be able to see the Edit Signature.

Be careful....that is considered spamming for post count and that is a no no.
