Found the following pdf document, "Notice of Violation, Calif Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act" Dated 2/5/15


it looks official. Has lots of district attornies on the distribution list. But dryhit.com seems wonky .as in antsy. If I found this website on a casual search, I'm sure others will, too, so....help! prank or problem?

of note: "Type of Product: The specific type of product causing this violation is the nicotine-containing liquid used for electronic cigarette devices. Non-exclusive examples of this specific type of product are identified in the attached Exhibit 1."

It does look official but I'm noticing a few things are off. Like random capitalization of letters, and a missing signature from 'Casey Fisher' for the delivery of this notice. It could just be a draft, or a scare tactic.

I issue NOV's to my customers who violate our backflow prevention or sewer use ordinances and a blanket NOV for all those vendors is a bit unusual. And to be unspecific about how they are violating is very unusual. It should state how they are violating the rules.
