I just can't wrap my head around the excuse the FDA has given for the raise of concern. If they're concerned about how much nicotine a user gets from the
device. Then I'd have to say, they should express the same concern over analog cigarettes.
There is nothing stopping anyone from smoking many or multiple anologs at one time. Why not express the same concern and regulate how many anologs someone can buy in a day, like they do now with specific drugs that are used to make .......(although not a good job of it)
Hmmm.....
Maybe the real concern is, this liquid nicotine is not
tobacco taxable...yet?
