Hey, folks! Just wanted to stop by and say that today marks 5 months since my last cigarette, and this Friday will mark 3 months since I last had any nicotine. I pull out my MVP2 every now and then if I go to a bar with friends, but aside from that, I'm pretty much done with all of it even though I never really expected to stop vaping.

I want to say THANK YOU to everyone here that has posted their wonderful advice, whether to me directly or to someone else, since I'm not sure I could have made the switch without your support and words of wisdom. YOU make a difference, and I'm so incredibly grateful to have found this forum. I still pop in from time to time, but will continue to refer friends that are starting to vape (I've converted 4 people so far!).

Hope you have a great day! :)

You know, I hadn't even planned on dropping my nic level. I got a really bad chest cold over the holidays, and I couldn't vape. Like, COULDN'T. I've always smoked throughout illness, but something about the vapor made it impossible to do without coughing up a lung. After 5 days of not vaping, I decided to pick up some 0 nic juice just to see if I could transition since most of the nicotine was out of my body at that point.

Crazy, but I'm glad that I got sick! Haha!

Good God Almighty! That is how I felt too. I needed to quit, but could not even IMAGINE how that was going to happen. Just the thought of it made me want to toss my body down in the middle of the room, lie there and cry. To make a long story short I found ECF. It still took me 2 month to buy my first Ego starter kit. I was down to 5 cigarettes the next day. Off totally for 15 month.
