which one?? avatar??

rdsok, thank you so much for that, with all your info i will know fi we should have them improved, i dont mind dropping products if its not wanted, ill find 3 more to replace it, so thats not a issue. but they are built very well, if we can improve them through the help of all of you and you all would like to see them improved well then ill do so. i cant go telling them how this juice or pure vg doesnt work well etc, ill get the use pg responce, but i can tell them to do this and that to them and send us betas to test then go into production

Oh, I hope you don't end up having to drop them...they are really nice when they aren't dumping.

BTW, I had a great day with mine, it sat overnight without dumping juice, I vaped it almost down to empty....and then I refilled it...exactly the same upside down as before, filled all the way up but not overflowing.

Vaped for about 10 minutes, went in to get my daughter some milk...came back and it dumped again. After a whole day of good performance.

I hope you can figure out what can be fixed...they are too good to give up hope on.

...

If this is a clue... the straw analogy may be what is happening... the top vents aren't sealing properly in certain units which would allow the fluid to flow and leak. In otherwords, the unit may require that it maintain a minor vacuum in rgw liquid chamber in order to not leak.

Randy

This is what I think is going on in Many cases.

Maybe not Every Case. But it wouldn't surprise me if it was a Large Percentage of the Leaking.

Here is one thing that I learn with the CE2's.

And that is that Seals tend to Seal Better the Longer they are Exposed to e-Liquids.

I think the Rubber/Silicone Swells Slightly. So Don't give up on any Carto Just yet. Try Soaking your seals in your e-Liquid overnight.

i leave mine with a little bubble as well when filling. I didn't get a leak tonight on the cart I used this evening. I was sure the rubber piece was on correctly, it did dry hit through most of the night though, makes sense that it wouldn't leak, can't flood if its dry hitting.

I took the other one that i filled at the same time and pulled the plug off that and made double sure its definately on right so we will see what happens.

if that fixes it, a suggestion I can make it maybe they could make it easier to fit the top plug, a bigger hole to get the top rubber piece into would help, maybe a tapered tip coming off of the rubber piece. its quite a PITA to line up that hole at least for me.

i think no top plug at all and just make sure the inner plug is 100% sealed
, not trying to beat a dead horse but form what she told me it needs to be sealed
then you fill it upside down, all the way and physics takes over. cant leak
and im assuming it is pressure or vaccum . becuase when i fill the phoenix half way mouth side up it will leak eventually
if i fill it all the way it will leak, it happens over and over, i always assumed it was a carto issue
but fill it upside down and the same dozen cartos, not a drip, cant swueeze it out, nothing happens, they dont leak , not while vaping, not hours later, not days later, but fill it sideways or normal way and it leaks reagrdless

now maybe since the c8 isnt 100% sealed at top, do we have to blow theough it after its filled upside down
, to remove any pressure, has anyone tried that.

I tried that the first day, but not since as it didn't work, but I will try it again next time.

BTW, I am doubting the straw analogy with the top plug...to test it I removed the top plug 15 minutes ago and have been vaping with no leaks. I'm going to set it aside for a bit and see if it leaks. If it was the straw analogy, seems it would flood out pretty quickly if you removed the top plug.

I have had one standing full without the outer plug and the fill hole blocked open for 30 mins now to check that on leaking yet.

Half an hour without a plug and it isn't leaking. I don't think it's the top plug seal.

Do you have a Dead Battery you could screw it into and see if that makes any Difference?

I don't want any one to do this with a Good Battery.

Unless you are Willing to "Take One" in the Name of Science.
