yes we will have them test it and then test them when they arrive, im only doing this because of the many pm's asking to improve them so thats what i worked on, its hard to get them to go to crazy because they have to work with whats there, each mold is many hundreds to thousands of dollars and thats tough to get them to do, but they saw the importance of the pressure issue and we got new plugs and plug section plus the other fixes which i will get more information for.

testing though wont guarantee anything against certain juices that dont work well in other devices as well.

So from the looks of the new piece, is it that you think the C8's have a sealing issue? You know I had wondered if turning the mouthpice to line it up would dislodge the other seal?

Here are some things I would have like seen them improve on:
1. Their soldering connection on the bottom is not the best, especially if folks have to move the center pin to make connection. Short center pin, make it a tad longer so folks don't have to pull it out.
2. Be careful with the glue!!!
3. make the wick coil, where you have easier access to clean, with it sealed in metal hard to do that.
4.ROUND tip, that is the one think I hate trying to get used to with the CE2 type carto's, I hate the way they feel as do alot of others.
5. Make a more durable product at a better price point, almost $30 for the 2 with caps that I purchased, did not last even 24 hours of vaping on an ego. I paid less for a 3.5 DCT and it is stll going, even the cartos in them lasted me alot longer than either of my C8's

I personally am sitting this out, and see if they are really going to work. Their people should be the ones putting the product through the paces and making sure they work, not us, the paying public, this new fix came pretty fast....

Funny, the thin flat tip is my favorite part! I wish I could get them for my stardusts!

Got 3 of these when they were first released. The first one has been a chronic dumper - no matter which way I fill it or which juice combo I put in there. The second one hasn't dumped yet, but the dry hits are horrible. I'm finding I have to take a primer puff after every vape puff just to get a good hit. It just doesn't seem to be wicking well.

I'm looking forward to the improvements on these - they look great on my kGo batteries and hold just the right amount of juice.

I'm also looking forward to the Phoenix bottom coil 3mL version. Any chance you guys need another tester? I've tried almost every bottom coil out there and have yet to find one that works fabulously.

I agree too and will order again, and beta test (or whatever you want to call it when you order a NEW PRODUCT that cost less than a lunch) again. Maybe a bad clown will send me a free appetizer the next time I eat lunch at his table, in the mean time I know the difference between a piece of bib and a roach in a salad and so does the clown.

okay- I filled mine up yesterday- filled through the actual 'hole' in the plug and it leaked out the bottom and top- SO, I stuck my syringe in the larger hole that looks like it is a thin membrane. no leakes while filling- I filled it almost 1/2 way up. scared it would dump or leak, so I didnt want to waste juice. I vaped it ALL day- wonderful vape- LOVED it.
right about the time I got in bed it was out of juice. so, I waited this this morning and refilled it, did it through the membrane this time and no juice leaked out the bottom or top-

and I actually got it full with this fill. and now its nothing but dry hits.

WTF?

I will order again, and Bad I would even buy them in advance of release and beta test for you (just pm me when they come in). I love them. I had one that I thought had died an early death, but I discovered the little pin wasn't contacting the battery. Now it's working fine.

I am also no longer having dumping problems in the past week from either of them, and dry hits are rare and solved with a little primer puff. I am not sure why. The only thing I am doing differently is being insanely careful lining up the little nub in the seal with the hole...I'm not sure if this was what solved it or not.

I will be anxiously waiting for the next round of c8's to be released. I will gladly pay for two of them to see if the manufacturer really has fixed the issues with them. The idea behind the design makes sense and it's a stunning looking product. I sure hope they get it right.

Bad: is there a place where I can sign up for presale of the new c8's? Something like a pre order page?

I would also be interested in participating in a pre-sale trial (and pay for them). I bet there are a dozen or more of us here that would love to participate.

okay- we will see how long it lasts- I opened it up, took out the mouth peice and then the plug. I kinda 'blew' into it.

Maybe I had a vaccum going on that I am trying to fix. This dry hit thing is what made me stop using the saphires. I thought they were the best thing since sliced bread. - then I couldnt do anything with out having to take the plug out eighty eleven times a day to get a decent hit.

I will see how long it takes to get that vaccum on it again.

just blow into the mouthpiece, that does it when I get dry hits with these.

I'll be first in line to test again, tho I won't bother to post my findings. Seams I'm not in the "click or family" here so my words get ignored. Hell I'll just go back to stalking the forums, its worked so far. Either way thanks Bad for helping us out with new and better things and LordDavon a big thanks to you as well. Love your youtube videos, you make me laugh and give honest opinions.
