i want send a pM but dont think it allow yet. i still want pay for the full shipping and how much do you know ? as email i want send you email for address stuff.
Being as polite as I possibly can, please just give up. The original poster has already posted 3 times that they don't want to ship. This is verging on spam. I'd add that providing email or other personal details to a new member without much history is not something most here would ever want to do.

Right? And there are reasons for not wanting to ship aside from the shipping cost even if they pay for it. The Post Office is weird about mailing that sort of stuff and I prefer to avoid hassles when I'm giving things away for free. Like several times I have donated things like beds (not the mattress) when I got a new bed and the amount of people that asked me to deliver it was unreal. Even said in my ad no I will not deliver. Like you're getting something for free, come get it. lol

Only if you bring it into the PO and let them package it for you lol. I and others have been mailing vape gear peer-to-peer since the USPS "mail ban" in 2021. USPS employees do not ask you what is in the box. At most they will ask you if there are any liquids or live animals or batteries, to which the answer is "nope".

I'm not trying to get you to ship your stash, I'm just debunking the misconception that USPS employees need to know what's in a box or even ask. We still live in the USA, they don't need to know jack nor do they even ask.

Also, I find it odd that people want you to ship stuff regardless of shipping cost when they don't even have a full manifest of what's in the stash. That's a red flag on 2 possible levels so I wouldn't ship either in this case.

Agree with everything you wrote, but I think it depends on each post office. There was a previous reg (don't remember if it was because of 9/11, battery fires, or vape ban) that required any package to be open when presented. Thankfully, everyone at my PO simply ignores that. I have no idea if the rule was dropped or if most personnel "forget" about it.

Yeah, that is weird. It could be a box full of rocks for all they know. I just prefer to hand it off directly.

. FYI, I live near Lancaster PA and when I have to ship furniture we made or machines we use a private shipping company. You can send vape stuff with them. I'm sure they have them in your area. Most people just don't realize you can ship and not use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. It is also 100% Leagle, just look up local companies that ship. Often times they can be cheeper too
