Just got my my order in for an ego-C starter kit and recieved an ego-T kit instead The box it came in had ego-T mark on it but the sticker on the side was labelled eGo C.

Shot them an e-mail let's hope they fix the issue asap. Seems like i'm gonna have to wait another few weeks to to get the kit i orderd...

Got an e-mail back here it is.

Thank you for sending the pictures. The kit you have is an eGo-C. The box was miss marked. It is now listed on our website as an eGo 2.0.

This is odd, there is no changable atomizer pack and no tanks. no mouth tips nothing. How is this an ego-c kit?

edit: so apperently there has been some confusion between their suppliers and shipping. Unfortunately, the boxes were mis-marked and the kit I received is an older version of the Ego-C. The kit with the interchangeable atomizers is technically called an Ego-CTC.

They apologized for the mix-up, and have already gone ahead and updated the website to help customers find the products they need.

They are willing to send out the newer version of the Ego-C containing the interchangeable atomizer once they receive my kit back in the mail. This is unacceptable as I am in canada and this is my only kit so i can't go another month without an e-cig. Plus shipping it back is not eally worth the time and money.

Update. They have decided to let me keep the kit and are sending out what I would guess to be an actual ego-C atomizer body. I'm not exacly sure what they are sending out so i will update again when I recieve the replacement. Over all they have been very nice and prompt with customer service.
