Hey Guys,

I got a Freemax Fireluke, and it started leaking like crazy a week after I got it. The fluid is coming out of the bottom of the 510 pin. There is a o-ring around the pin, The pin is loose, moves up and down a bit, but doesn't tighten enough to keep it secure. I have contacted MyFreedomSmokes, but never got a reply, and now I'm out of the return period. Any help or advice on how to fix this would rock.

Apprecaite your time, and any help or advice you can offer.
Thanks!
God Bless!!

So after pulling out the 510 pin, it appears it is to long from factory. I filed it down as far as it can go, and it still is moving, but it might be enough to get a better seal. We will see...I will post after I have vaped on it a few days...

I"m not familiar with that atty, but the 510 pin on every other tank screws into the positive part of the deck coil connections. If it's loose and won't tighten up, take the coil deck out and see what's moving when you turn the 510 pin. Usually, the coil deck block won't turn around all the way because it's square and hits the other section of the deck block.

After viewing the video below it's apparent that the tank comes with an option for user wound coils or factory coils. The center post doesn't go all the way through the deck from what I see. It screws into a contact section that provides the positive connection for factory coils or the build deck.

This video goes through a teardown and build. Maybe it will help you to get familiar with how the parts interconnect.

Appreciate the video. Right at 4:21 is where the fluid is leaking out. That center pin is pushing out/up a little bit, and when the juice heats up it's coming out and getting past the 510 screw into my mod. It's also pressed in, and doesn't come out.

I found an o-ring that fit around that center pin at 4:21. It doesn't fit super tight, but I think it will help. This is my second day now vaping with no leaks. I also filed the 510 screw down a tad, and it seems it isn't moving as bad as before.:pop:

One other thing I did was moved the cotton away from the air intake holes when I primed the cotton. I was thinking some juice is leaking down because of saturation, and getting to the pin. Juice shouldn't really get down there.

Appreciate the help and advice!
God Bless!!

Glad I could help. Remember that the 510 pin is what delivers voltage to the coil. In your case it's a contact through pressure instead of screwing into the positive deck block. Filing it too much could result in no connection to the coil.
