freindshis mvp 1 will not stop firing? no way to turn off!!

my friend has an itaste mvp v1 and it will not stop firing. he said the coil has been firing for 3 minutes? vapor is coming out of the top and it seems to be burning his plastic tank. the whole device is hot!!! what should I tell him to do?!

Get the hell away from it as fast as possible. Sounds like the battery is going thermal (and about to blow up).
