frequency of vaping

This is a poll. Thought I'd get an idea of how frequently you vape, once you pick up the PV. In other words, how many times do you vape before you put it down? And also, how often do you vape? In other words, do you vape once an hour, twice an hour, etc. Just want to help out us newbies on how often we should be doing this so we don't get overloaded with nic.

I realize everyone is different so just tell us what you do. Thanks.

OP it's extremely hard to overdose on nic by vaping 0-24mg/ml. Newbies shouldnt be worried about it that much, if you start to feel lightheaded or get headaches just stop vaping for a lil bit and you'll be fine.

I have a PV in my hand almost constantly from the time I wake up until I'm falling asleep - I'm a compulsive chain-vaper. At 16-24 mg for my nic levels I've never had a serious problem with nic overload but YMMV...everyone's different. If I feel a tad jittery - like I would imagine some folks feel with a caffeine overload (I don't get those, LOL), I'll drop from the 24 to either 18 or 16 and, very occasionally, I'll go down further in the late, late evenings/early mornings to 6 or even 0 nic. There really aren't any hard and fast rules for how often or how much, it's what works for YOU that's important.

But I must be doing something wrong since it's only about 2 ml per day.
Seems others here do more then that and must be vaping constantly.

I pretty much vape constantly. My nicotine craving is fixed after a few puffs, but I still feel compelled to keep vaping anyway.

Personally, I always have a pv within arms reach. If I feel the need, I vape. It's been like that since I started. Approximately 3 ml a day at 18 mg.

I have never vaped like I was smoking an analog. I take 4-5 hits at a time. If I am sitting down, I am vaping every 5-10 minutes. My average juice consumption is 3ml/day at 18-24mg.

I vape often as there is never really a time when I cannot vape, but I do not take a lot of drags at a time usually 2-4. Started at 24mg down to 10-12mg now with 6mg on the way. Not sure I really even need the nicotine.

This is me exactly. So, either were both wrong or we've unlocked the secret

I vape and drink coffee til I gotta do some work, do some work, vape and drink coffee about 5 mil a day at 36mg
