So I have bought juice fresh made and some from a b&m, the juices from b&m are usually great, but then I go into some local shops that make it fresh like pink spot and diy flavorshack, try their samples love it buy it get home and it taste nothing like the sample! Sometimes they are so nasty I can't vape them. With some of the pink spot I tried the hot water steep and it made a huge differance. I just don't know why my juice doesn't taste right or should I just stop buying fresh?

Fresh juice requires steeping, typically. I'd let it sit a week or so and try it again. It should get better.
