I thought all online searches led to ECF. They did for me. Anytime I typed in a question or term about vaping ECF would pop up so I joined. I guess what I'm saying is, "how could you not know about ECF and not know about the basics of vaping?"

Because not everyone is introduced to vaping via the internet. Not everybody thinks to research items they buy either.

So, do you really think a salesperson, working for min wage or just above, is really knowledgeable of anything? They are not paid to know there product, just to sell it. Just because they can stand behind a counter and possibly be trusted to make change from your purchase does not endow them with any product knowledge.
Many Moons ago you could buy windshield wipers without knowing what engine and transmission was in your car. Only occasionally do you come across someone knowledgeable about the products they sell.
Yes, steeping is required on some juices but not all. My rule is buy it, try it. If it's good go with it, if not check back next week.

There was once a time when most any store you shopped, the salespeople had more product knowledge than you and they likely made commission on sales because of their ability to make the sale. Nowadays when you ask about a product they say, "If we have any they will be over there ... if not, we don't". And then they go back to playing with their phone. Their job is to ring up the sale.

It's one of the reasons I don't feel so bad looking for the best price online. When I pay a premium I expect service and assistance. Convenience doesn't make me want to pay 30% more.
