Well two days with a LR510 atty in the AVS and it's fried. I think it had to do with the fact that the 901 to 510 adapter sits so high in the tank. You pretty much have to keep the GGTS straight up and down when you vape with this setup. I vaped with the GGTS horizontal until I got the burnt taste and then I'd prime it. I did notice with the GGTS straight up and down the flavor was alot better.

Lesson learned. If you use a 510 in the AVS keep it at an angle or straight up and down.

Not sure. I was using 100% VG juice. I'll try again with PG next. I may try drilling a hole in the adapter about 8mm up from the bottom. Thanks for the idea.

On AVS all atomizers breath from the center pole. So if you make holes on the adapter then atty will not breath at all and all liquid will come to mouth Harpo my friend:)

Doesn't the 510 feed the juice from the holes in the threads? If I put the hole about the same height I don't see how it will feed the center hole.

I thought you meant to put the hole very low, at the 901 threads. Then yes, I agree with you Harpo. I have already suggest this solution, or something like that. Yes, please do it but better to me to make new channels like the 4 the adapter has, with a file.

Do you mean 4 more channels or sand the top of the adapter down ,5mm and redue the existing ones?

Does it mean that what we need to do is to sand the 4 gaps on 901-510 adapter with files so they get even lower?

If so then it'll be more convenient than drilling new holes on adapter

Better to make 4 more gaps. With a triangle file is extremely easy sob my friend
