Hello, new here, my friend got caught recently at a roadblock, they don't supply, but are middleman, however, their phone was taken and I have a record of purchase from them on it, any advice what steps to take? Will HSA contact me, and how long will that take?

Unfortunately, no one seems to have dealt with the processing procedures that go on in SG. Might try google or reading further down the forum. Best I heard is to just pay the fine and promise not to do it again. Good luck and keep us posted.
