Hey Tang! Welcome.

Best advice I can give you starting out is to find a store somewhere near you that has a flavour bar as well. You get to spend some quality time with the vendor who hopefully know his product, and you can try a few different flavoured juices (no nicotine in the flavour bar) to find one that you can really enjoy to start you on your way. TAste will be the key to making this a successful switch. I made a successful switch mid-day after finishing a pack, all because the flavour worked for me. A buddy of mine put his rig aside for his ciggies because he couldn't enjoy the juice he started with.

Anyhow, as you've probably seen by now, this place is a wealth of info. So if you've questions, shout 'em out. :D

cheers!

Welcome! I agree with finding a vapor bar locally and visit it armed with all of your questions. I kind of wandered around until I did this and found so much information and variety that I am still wandering around. This time with a sense of direction though. Welcome to ECF and the wonderful world of vaping.

Yes, I imagine there will be a lot of experimenting with flavor, ratios, technique, and equipment.
I picked out 6, 10 ml flavors to start with, there's a good chance I'll enjoy one or more of those. I've heard good things from the VP I picked out, good throat hit (which I think will be a huge thing for me) and with a 70/30 mix I should get some good vapor.

Unfortunately, here in Ontario, north of T.O. there isn't much local. I'll have to travel to find a flavor bar.
