The natural sugars in fruit make it an extremely difficult thing to use in e-liquid. Some fruits have such high sugar content that using a natural extraction in e-liquid could have negative results.

When you look on flavoring bottles (especially for fruits), you'll often see natural and artificial flavorings listed. The artificial flavor is created by combining carboxylic acid with an alcohol to create an ester. These esters are then used to create the flavor notes.

For fruit extraction, I think you'll be out of luck. You should still be able to obtain flavorings for DIY however. If I recall, the TPD doesn't really prohibit you from obtaining them.

With TPD looming the matter of flavourings raises its ugly head.
In short what does it take to turn my berries from me garden into a flavouring usable in e-liquids and is something worth tinkering with?
You might want to read what one of our resident chemists (he is an active university chemistry professor AND DIY vaper) has previously said about whole food extractions (in general; though not specific to fruit extraction):

Liquid extraction from nuts (walnut, almond, pecan etc) and safety?

Nature's Flavors? Information needed!
I see that you are in Finland, and I don't have ANY idea how European regulations are going to effect flavor accessibility, but no real limitation is expected in the United States. I hope you will find similar ease.
