Some pretty incredible statements in this one, foremost being this by Dr Wedad Al Maidoor, Chairperson of National tobacco Control Committee at the UAE Ministry of Health:

"Electronic cigarettes contain hazardous chemicals. The World Health Organisation (WHO) had warned that e-cigarettes pose more dangers than regular smokes."

Left this comment, which may well never see the light of day:

Several dictionaries define "findings" as "A conclusion reached after examination or investigation." Thus, the statement "findings that revealed that electronic products have not contributed to people quitting smoking" is patently false, since there is zero research supporting the allegation. All the research that has been conducted to date, including surveys of thousands of users, show that consumers are successfully substituting electronic cigarettes for smoking. Banning the products will drive countless former smokers into relapse and prevent even more smokers from switching to a product that delivers only nicotine. Switching to vapor saves them from inhaling lung-clogging tar and particulates, artery-clogging carbon monoxide, and thousands of chemicals that are toxic and/or carcinogenic. Any scientists who examine the lab reports comparing the consitutents of smoke to the consituents of vapor should be forever banned from the practice of science if they can say with a straight face that "e-cigarettes pose more dangers than regular smokes."
