Wilmington (MA) BOH to vote on deceitfully redefining “smoking” to include use of smokefree e-cigarettes (to ban e-cig use wherever smoking is banned), Health Director Shelly Newhouse says State’s tobacco Control program is pushing for local bans, while acknowledging there’s no evidence e-cigarette are hazardous or pose risks to others.

Smoking shall mean having in possession or control any lighted cigar, cigarette, e-cigarette or other lighted tobacco substance in any form.

I wonder if that's the actual verbage they're using? Do they understand that there is no combustion?

Regardless, I really, really wish people wouldn't be so belligerent about vaping in places where smoking isn't allowed, especially if they are asked to stop. I wish for that almost as hard as I wish the politicians would educate themselves before passing idiotic legislation.

Here's what we need to come back with: vaping makes steam like food steam. So make it illegal wherever hot food steam is illegal. If someone takes their kid who's horribly allergic to peanuts to the library, they should not see someone eating hot food steaming with peanut oil.

TREAT VAPING LIKE ALLERGENIC FOOD or like hot, steaming, food, and you'll have it RIGHT!
