Frosted kayfun clone from Vapor Break

Can anyone tell me if the frosted is brushed stainless or matte like the russian?

I've ordered this and was wondering the same. Also I'd like to know which manufacturer it is as fasttech has had problems with their clones saying that are solid ss but they have chrome plated brass positive posts which I'm not going to be using if that's the case

I believe the "frosted" is a matte like the Russian. fasttech's version is from Tobeco, not the same as VB's (though I'm not sure who's that one is but it looks like EhPro.

Apparently the fasttech one isn't tobeco they're just using tobeco picture according to the forums. I hope eh pro aren't the manufacturers parading coated brass as ss. I should've just saved and bought the real thing lol

I already have the ehpro, but I didnt buy it from FT. I'm pretty sure the one i have isnt brass.

from what i can discern- tobeco=fasttech, hcigar=vapor break, various vendors= ehpro. the ehpro is the best of the 3 quality-wise and vapes exactly as well as my kfl and russian 91%- wish i had known that before i got all 3. if you care about the name get a kfl or r91, but if all you care about is the vape then an ehpro will save $ and give you a mighty fine vape-IMHO and , of course, YMMV

Vape for me every time! Just spoken to some guys at pov who have the one from vb and they scratched the hell out of the positive post and no brass so all is good. I like the eh pros, rainbow heaven are also right up there quality wise. I love their terminator v2 oddy clone, vapes like a charm and smooth threading. Cheers

Also found out non of these manufacturers are responsible for the brass, it was another manufacturer doing a clone of a clone of a clone and cutting corners lol

From the pictures the guy put up it looks frosted matte not brushed, don't know if I can post a link to pov forum but if you search Google for vaporbreak Russian it's one of the first results

I have one coming from FT and one from VB. if the VB "frosted" that I ordered is like the R91% i'll do the same thing I did to my 91%, take a Scotch Brite pad to it

The photo on Vaporbreaks site is a Tobeco box - I assume that's the version they're selling.

I have the tobeco I believe it's the v2 one and I love it. Built solid and works every time, it's a great vape in my magneto and looks great on it. Almost like it was made for the magneto. Same width and everything. also it has no brass people.

I wasn't able to test it since I received it with a broken center pin 2 weeks ago.
I contacted VaporBreak for a solution the day I received it but I got no response from them since.

It's a pity but I had to declare a litigious buy on paypal. I'm waiting for the result of their inquiry.

I'm really pieced off with this order/shop.

I ordered one from VB a while back and the tracing number is from Sweden and is still not even in the system. I went to their site and my history says it was sent by Singapore post???? nothing on tracking from there either. beginning to think I made a mistake ordering from VB!

The VaporBreak crowd are godawful to deal with.
I ordered a frosted KF on the 30th of November, it didn't leave them for over a week. Got a tracking number which wouldn't even register until last week.

They don't respond to emails and they'll even furnish Paypal with fraudulent tracking numbers when cornered.
There's a bloody good reason these bottomclowns aren't an approved vendor on the ECF.

My order from Vapor Break finally started moving. Placed the order on 12/03/2013, went to Order Shipment recorded status on 12/12/2013 and is now showing Order departed from sorting hub on 12/24/2013. Sent via Sweden Post.

my VB order was placed on 11/28 and still no movement. they sent me a swedish tracking number but, on their site it says it was sent through china post??? no response to my emails... hopefully it shows up some day

I ordered SG post and got SWE post and my tracking FINALLY showed that my russian clones are shipping yesterday on the tracking. I ordered these the day they showed up on the site. Probably one of the first people to order.

I ordered on Nov 27th. On the 28th I received my tracking number.
It took quite some time to show acceptance at Sweden post.
There it sat for about 2 weeks saying departed sorting hub.
Then on dec 22nd, it said the same thing, but the date was updated.
It hit New York yesterday.
For those who are not in the know, you can also track it on USPS tracking.
It'll give you more details once it gets through Sweden customs.
Thats how I know mine hit new york.
Looking at the Sweden tracking site, it just says Local Mail Tracking.
