Last week I sent in my GLV2 for numerous repairs and an Adjustable Atomizer Pin Upgrade.

Since Monday I've been calling and calling to see if you've received it, but no one EVER answers the phone. I'm getting very frustrated with this difficulty in getting a response from you.

I'd like to know whether you've received my GLV2 and whether it is in the repair queue. Also, you'll need my credit card info for the payment for the atomizer pin upgrade.
