I ordered the Maxx Fusion ultimate starter kit from Bloog Planet on 1/6/01. Today 1/10/01 I called cause I had not recieved a confirmation of it being shipped. I was told that it would be a week or two before it shipped due to them being out of stock. I asked why the website did not reflect that and I was told because it just happened in the last couple of days. (the website now says out of stock)I pointed out my order was placed four days ago not in the last couple of days. I was given the option to change my order or wait. I pointed out they did not waste anytime charging me for the product. The customer service representative said she understood and she would see if she could do something to make it right but she would have to get back with me. The Customer service representative was very nice and proffesional. I am new to e-cigs and decicded to go with the Maxx Fusion cause of all the great reviews in these forums. I was very excited about getting my starter kit but this has definetly made me wonder if I made a mistake dealing with Bloog Planet. I only hope this is not how they handle their bussiness normally. I will update any future developments.

I hate to say it, but Bloog has some serious problems in their shipping department.

I've ordered 3 starter kits, various other items, and one of my friends also ordered a starter kits.

My first order was 1 deluxe starter kit and several blank cartomizers, it went fine. My second order I ordered 1 deluxe starter kits. They shipped 1 mini pcc kit. My 3rd order I ordered 2 extra 78mm batteries and 2 USB passthroughs. They shipped me 2 78mm batteries and 2 car chargers. My friend ordered 1 deluxe starter kit. He received 1 basic starter kits. The customer support is super friendly, but when I went to return the mini pcc kit and the 2 car chargers she didn't give me a return #. Simply asked me to ship it back and they would ship me 1 deluxe starter kit. I'm going to call about the 3rd botched shipment tomorrow. I'm canceling the USB passthroughs for a refund and I'm returning the car chargers. I don't expect to be reimbursed for return shipping. It wasn't offered on the mini pcc kit return. Unfortunately, and this is partly my fault, I didn't even bother to ask because at this point I'm pretty disappointed with Bloog's business standards.

The product is solid. The batteries are great and the cartomizers work wonderfully, even though the ohms ratings are all over the map. But the services is on par with what I received from V2 Cigs when I bought and returned their subpar KR8 starter kit.

They may have Leaford on their team and I trust that he will get the ohm issues with the cartos resolved, but I'm not sure what he can do about their shipping and stock issues.

And sorry Ashley, Bloog's customer service rep, you seem like a very nice person, but Bloog doesn't have all the kinks worked out just yet.

-- addition --
Almost forgot, each of the packing slips correctly lists my orders, but the items in the box aren't what is listed on the packing slips. Sloppy. :(

They used to be very reliable. Now that they have switched from Fedex to USPS shipping issues are common. I don't think very many people actually work there. Their email doesn't even have bloog in the name. When I see that I think outsourced. I agree that Leaford was a good addition but the new Maxxfusion blank cartos are terrible. I have tossed out more than I used and I ordered 50 of them. I have gone back to V4L for my blanks and am very disappointed in Bloog overall at this time.

Update: customer service contacted my wife today and offered 5 free cartos which is kind of what i suspected was going to happen but I still want the Maxx Fusion so I guess I will wait. Just in the future I will be aware of customer service, product avilability and shipping problems. If these problems are often I guess I will find somebody else to take my money.

I actually just spoke with someone over there (not getting into specifics) who promised to take care of me after I expressed my displeasure to Ashley regarding their shipping and overall CS, so I am tentatively optimistic. I'm positive this is a small company, and from what I understand they're relatively new. So without sounding too much like a shill, I think some growing pains are to be expected. Not to say we should have to live with it, everybody makes their own choices. Just that if it is a fledgeling company it kind of comes with the territory.

At any rate, I'm back to being excited about receiving my new MaxxFusion and hoping it lives up to expectations. With regards to unreliable blank cartos, is there anything particularly special about Bloog's cartos? What was the problem you ran into with the blanks? It'd be nice to have a backup plan if I keep running into issues.

I'm new to e-cig's as well (a friend let me try a green smoke...) Wasn't thrilled with it but did think I'd really enjoy vaping (plus it'd keep me from going back to analogs - been off 'em for 10 weeks but struggling and sick of nicotine gum...). Like others, I read a ton of stuff here that led me to feel MaxxFusion would be a great starting point for me... Ordered the Ultimate Starter kit and also found out after a few day delay (looks like they're not available weekends) that it was out of stock. I went the email route instead of phone for my customer service needs and must say once I got in contact they've been nothing short of spectacular so far... Quick email responses and sounds like they're doing everything they can to explain the backorder and work with me to get at least enough of the parts so I can get started...

Very excited to try these out after everything I've read and watched online...

I ordered a delux starter kit a few weeks ago and it came very fast. I loved the product so I ordered an ultimate starter kit and a bunch of cartomizers, but I have not received any confirmation of any kind. I have spent the last few days calling them and emailing them, but still no response. I am glad my bank gives me the ability to pull back my purchases in case of a rip off because If I do not hear something soon I am going to have to do that and never deal with them again. Being back ordered is one thing, not responding to your customers is something else. To think I was just telling everyone I work with how great this product was, and now I have to tell them to stay away.

It's not like they are selling T-shirts; they are selling nicotine to people who do not want to go back to cigarettes. When you cannot get your stuff in time, you buy cigarettes making the whole thing useless.

I'm not familiar with this vendor but when I quit if that would have happened to me I'd of never made it. I did not know what or how much of what to order, (hadn't even found ECF) fortunately for me i was dealing with V4L and even tho I have a load of ecigs and mods I still order from them for my 808s. Good flavor and a nice change on occasion.

Good luck and hang in there the benefits of quiting are really worth it.

Update:I recieved my Confirmation # also on the 1/13 I am very anxious. Lets hope this is not a persistent problem with customer service. especially if the product is as good as I have read here.

Product is definitely as good as you have read here. I feel the same way about the shipping issues. Time will tell, but in the mean time at least the product is solid.
