Ok, so I think I need some pointers here, because something isn't going right.
To give some background, I started off w/ a Bloog back in Sept. I liked it pretty well (still do like it), but the battery just didn't last that long. So last week I received my new Kgo kit w/ 510 cartos. Now I've never had an issue filling a carto before (I use the condom method and then top off w/ a few drops on top), but these 510s are driving me nuts.
So far I've only filled three of my 15 empty cartos (Boge 510 SR) and I refuse to fill any more until I figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've read a lot of posts and seen a lot of videos that claim you should easily be able to get at least a few hrs of solid vaping out of a full 510 carto, but I'm lucky to get 20-30 min before I start to get that burnt taste and the carto becomes visibly white/dried out. Even more frustrating, I grabbed one of my few remaining Bloog pre-filled cartos tonight before I went out and after a few hrs of pretty solid vaping, the thing is still hitting pretty solidly.
The two main juices I've been using are JuicyVapes French Toast and Copper Creek's House Blend. I do notice that these two juices seem a bit darker/thicker than some others I've used, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do w/ my problem. All I know is that when I fill the carto to the point that it looks slushy on top and liquid is also leaking out of the threaded end for a bit after the fill, it should last a lot longer than 20-30 min of vaping. Or at least I would think that it should. What am I missing here?
