Although it's a very sad day for you in Tucson today, wanted to let you know I got my 'goodies' today.
I didn't see MN signature on there....but OMG, did all your fantastic workers sign my invoice?! And you combined my orders and gave me a refund....you excel in excellence and care about your customers.

Special thanks to Frankie, Mark G, Amy, Gabby GMB, l FM, Corina. Hope I got those right. MG, Gabby, Frankie and l FM signed my 2nd invoice. Love the notes too. Please pass this on to them. It is very much appreciated. I have all my invoices filed, they are special.

It is still a nice touch getting all of the personalized "thank you" notes. I have received many orders from FSUSA and I still look at the invoice just to get all of the nice personal notes.

I've been trying to get MN to sign my invoices but, it never happens. I keep hoping it happens... well... maybe with a phone number too. Heh!
