The link you posted was a thread about a different vendor. Not FSUSA. I should know because I was the first one to respond to the OP in the other thread link you posted, and I was referring them to try FSUSA. The other people who responded in that other thread were simply saying that the other vendor was reselling Chinese juices. They were not talking about FSUSA.

Sad - I took the post the same way as you. That said, the guy should have said the name of the supplier instead of "they." Leads to too many assumptions if people don't read an entire thread.

I am not sure why but, I have met a lot of FSUSA haters. These are people that like to spread rumors that FSUSA doesn't mix their juices and just resells chinese juices. Why is this?

Here is a post that was in the General forum: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/137274-e-liquid-planet.html

I am just wondering if there are some type of politics and battles between vendors that cause these. Or, is it that people are really big fanatics for their favorite juice vendors.

Do we get some kind of discount for spreading rumors? Do we??? How much????? HA! Just kidding. ;-)

Anyway, I like FSUSA and think the juices are some of the best. I just don't understand why people have to hate all over vendors. I have had other juice vendors that disappointed me but, I don't go around dumping all over them. As a matter of fact, I try to just tell people that I didn't like their flavors but I always try to at least give them a compliment.

LD,

You've asked and you and everyone else here deserves a no Bull response. The simple answer; YES. Particularly as FSUSA grows in popularity and market share, there has been a significant uptick in FSUSA attacks.

These are from a couple of different sources. I can state that there are some vendors that use plants to make good posts about their company, defend against any negative posts, and attempt to cause a negative public perception of other vendors they consider a threat. This is organized and with full co operation of the vendors themselves.

However even more dangerous and at times reckless; those that love their favorite supplier soo much they take it upon themselves to mount attacks, etc. You have some that have personal genuine negative impressions of certain vendors and will hit them any chance they can. You have some that feel in doing so, they are gaining favor with their favorite vendor. You even have some that will attack company A merely because person B likes them and they hate person B.

In other words, welcome to cyber high school.

trust me with the herd of kids we have, Pamela and I already have enough drama in our lives. can you imagine what our dinner table conversations are like? from 3 to 18yrs of age. God don't even get me started.
Pam and I do the best we can to appease anyone with a problem with our company. We don't always get it 100% right but we do try. There are times where some of these folks remind me of the old bbs days in the early 80's. A bunch of folks living in their mommies basements and acting in a fashion towards others that they would never do face to face. The computer brings out the best, and the worst in humans.
Still all in all, I have enough faith in my fellow human beings to let most stuff slide off my back and move on. No one, i don't care who they are, can please 100% of the people 100% of the time.
On occasion ecf does and will permanently ban people who are just plain not happy and constantly create bad feelings.
Thanks to all who appreciate all we do we appreciate it. And trust me our juices are all hand blended to order :)

Hey, I ran a Color Mania BBS on my C64 with my 20MB SCSI Drive (I used it as a foot rest). I didn't run it out of mommy's basement. It was in my room! HA! Wow, that brings back the memories. The Davids are getting old (but you still have 10 years on me!).

Not long ago I encountered a poster who insisted that FSUSA's pre-mixed juice isn't mixed-to-order (he even cited and linked a dictionary definition of pre-mixed, for God's sake): "I'm almost 100% positive that FSUSA owners' did not change the definition of 'pre-mixed' when using that word in the descriptions of their 'pre-mixed' juices...I don't think they mix the nicotine, PG, VG, and the flavorings after they receive orders. If they did it that way, they would not call their liquids 'pre-mixed.' They would describe it as 'made to order' or similar terminology."

Ever hear of a thing called a slide rule? Well, you young whipper snappers, back in my day ... and we didn't have no basement. Back then everybody was building atomic bomb shelters. All we had was a fruit cellar though.

But you know what? I LOVE FSUSA

That's it exactly!!!! It sorta compares to "cyber bullying" and these are ball-less people who don't have the guts to just pick up the phone or come face to face with anyone that they're having an issue with. Seriously, If I have a problem with any of fsusa's products, they know damn well that I am on the phone talking to them or I e-mail them and always come up with some sort of solution. It's that easy. If it couldn't be resolved, well, I still would not be on here bashin 'em. I've NOT tried any other juice vendors in the 2 (almost 3) months that I have been vaping, but it's because I can get exactly what I need from them. I've heard good things and bad about flavors from some of the other popular vendors, I even have a vendor located within 20 minutes of me that I could just go to pick up my juice from, but I'm stickin to what has worked from me. If I do see anything negative posted, I'll admit, I do tend to get a little defensive. I don't mean to cause problems this way and I am polite about it though. I think that all of us "junkies" here feel the same way. We feel a certain loyalty because we are treated with respect from fsusa 1st of all, we get great customer service, it's been proven that David cares about what WE want as far as sales go, they DO have great prices, and most of all, their juice is just fantastic and has helped me off the analogs. What else could I want??

Reviewers (and I use that word lightly) should be mindful of their words when the end result is a negative slant on a vendor product.

Let's remember, the vast majority of our vendors are a "mom&pop" business, with bills to pay, kids to feed. Not to say that we should not bring up the "opportunities" in e-juice or hardware, but there is a tactful way of saying it.

I want to point out that David at FSUSA does have both positive and opportunity reviews on his liquids posted on his website....have a read, and you'll find out "how" to properly critique a product.

BTW...I only use the word "hate" on my neighbors barking dog..lol

Haha well, if you're going by his definition, then no product in the world is "pre-mixed" or "hand-made", as most of us aren't chaining together the component elements that make up any given material. When you start stringing together hydrocarbons, you can tell me your stuff is 'pre-mixed', apparently. ;)

I agree completely. I have had some pretty bad experiences with other vendors but never once felt the need or the urge to publicly post it.

Same... I've had some awful flavors in the past. But, if the shipping was fast and prices were reasonable, I saw no need to complain on ECF.
