I made a post last week about Fuma and it seems they do not answer E-mails and website is crap. unfinished, or "under construction" or what ever. I'll be getting a better brand soon. I also e-mailed them again to write them off, and promised to tell everyone on the forum to not bother purchasing their stuff..

My original problem was the cartridges would not fit. so I didn't get an answer about their thread sizes or anything. I be getting a better e-cig very soon... :glare:

FUMA has great customer service! Just call the 800 number. The reason theres no info on their site is they strictly distribute to retail outlets. Anything you need is available at the retail level. Why would a company invest in a product that people can but online direct from the comapny and undercut their profit?

When a person sells an inferior product to only retail outlets is to my understanding like a pyramid scheme! You know the old "I won't rip you off....I will have someone else rip you off"!
The only good thing I can think of about a kiosk type company is people may see that these E-cig things have the potential to help you quit cigarettes and sends you on the journey to find a good product! Unfortunately with a lot less cash in your pocket!
That's how I ended up searching for a product that worked along with i'm sure thousands of other people right her on ECF not to mention all the other E-cig forums!
If you like your PV more power to you and I hope it got you to quit smoking but please don't try to convince all these people that this is some fantastic product as alot of us already got ripped off by a company just like that! We are here trying to help people find a quality product to potentially save someones life with out breaking there bank!

Hi, I've been using Fuma for about a month (bought two kits 39.00 ea from local tobacco shop) they were my path to get off analogs and are still a back up to my Ego and 510. Still it's sad to hear when anyone gets ripped off.
My wife prefers it to the manuals I have since it closely hits/feels/looks like an analog. The Carts do not have good quality control as 2 of 10 had very little juice in them. To get someone in the door to vaping -this is a good choice. I have refilled them regularly (cap force method and syringe) and have yet to have one fail. I get about 6 hours off a USB charge.
I believe it is an E9 from the searches I did when looking for the 'system' for me.

If it is an E9, then that's KR808D-2, the rebranders fave 2-piece, near-twin but thread-incompatible with the most supported 2-piece KR808D-1. An E9 should be about 9mm diameter and a 2-piece. It it's a 3-piece or skinnier, it's definitely not an E9.

I use manual KR808D-1 (from Vapor4Life). leCig sells D2 to D1 and D1 to D2 adapters

I don't know what the fuss is all about. I bought a fuma from a local drug store and have nothing but good things to say about it. I have purchased the starter kit for $30 and the five pack cartomizers for $11 and for the first couple of months used these exclusively. Now I have about 100 empty carts that I fill using the condom method and couldn't be happier. I bought another starter kit just to have for a spare while the other one is charging. I was a two pack a day smoker and I love the change over to Fuma and e-cigs. I just wish I could find out for shure which replacement batteries will fit all my used Fuma cartomizers so that I can couninue to use what I have after the battewries I have bite the dust. I am still having good luck with them but all good things come to an end sometime and would like to find a replacement before that happens. Yes Fuma's website sucks but so do a lot of others when you try to find out exactly what you're getting into.

Dormouse sorta told you. That KR808D2 is the rebrander's favorite because you really can't get much stuff for it. You have to buy it from them and because there's not much available, they don't have to stock many different things. The D1 to D2 adapter dormouse mentioned will allow you to use your stuff on a KR808D1 battery and you'll have a lot more, better and cheaper options with that.
