The Nano clearomizer/cartomizer is filled simply by removing the mouthpiece. Most of the ce3 devices require a fine needle and syringe to be inserted into a tiny hole in the top of the ce3. So the Nano is much simpler to fill.

Right, im not too concerned about the filling process though. I'm patient and they include a syringe with the CE3's. I'm more concerned with leakage issues and easiness of cleaning. Any thoughts on those two factors?

I've not had issues with either leaking. Due to the fact that the Nano has easier access to the inner tube by simply removing the mouthpiece, it's far easier to empty and refill...and clean. Whatever goes in a ce3 that needle and syringe needs to be used, which I found annoying myself.

By the way, either one of these two devices are excellent to use to sample flavors as long as those flavors do not fall into the voltatile caterory that can crack or melt tanks or clearomizers.

Well I thank you for your info/advice. I now feel that I will be able to make an educated decision on which to buy at this point.

Cheers.
