funny e-cigarette mistakes you made as a noob?

Inspired by the "stupid things you've done with an e-cig" thread!

I'm still a complete noob but these are some ridiculous mistakes I've made with my e-cigarette so far:

1. received a Cisco LR atty, tried to put on the included drip tip to no success. I was sooo ready to ship everything back and mad that they sent me the wrong size tip- it took me waaaay too long to figure out that it was because there was a COVER on the atty that needed to be removed first!

2. tried to fill a carto by dripping into that teeeeeeny tiny hole in the rubber cover- the one you're supposed to pop out with a paperclip or whatever. I was very determined and dripped into that thing for a good hour trying to fill it, haha. Lost a lot of juice that way and made a huge mess! Learned the condom method, then friend taught me to just pop it out. Oh!

I refilled a cartridge with Visine- no... it's doesn't taste good.

Looking for throat hit, very early in my vaping, I vaped Tobasco Sauce trying to taste test it. Don't do this BTW. Please.

That's why I keep my eye drops and nasal spray in the bathroom cupboard. I know I would probably do something like that.

sounds like me and my habanero extract vaping... I was carefulll dropped 1 drop in a 3ml of diy juice still coughed for 10 min...lol

Well I didn't do this myself but it happened to a "friend" (really)

so remember that stage when you're still smoking analogs while you get the feel for your new p.v.? yeah well if you've been at the bar a while, try to remember which you have in your hand. you can't light a p.v. with a zippo. it doesn't end well.

I left my all black box mod laying on my bed which had black sheets on at the time. I went to do something, jumped back in bed 10 minutes later, and wondered what that pinching sensation in my back was. A while later, I realized I had been laying on my box mod for about 20 minutes. I ended up frying the switch, and had to build a new one.

Sadly, that was only a few months ago. I have no claim to noobpidity on that one.

yeah well if you've been at the bar a while, try to remember which you have in your hand. you can't light a p.v. with a zippo. it doesn't end well.

I still smoke occasionally when I'm out drinking with friends. Trying to light an analog with a bottle of e-juice doesn't work so well either.

Well I do see myself as a noob sometimes. I only been analog free for over six months an there is a lot out there that I don't know still. But this is my funny e-cigarette mistakes you made as a "noob". I went to make an order from one of my vendors. So I order 2 attys an I want to try a LR atty so I get one of them. So that's 2 reg an 1 LR. Three days latter I get my package open it up an was like WTF wheres my LR atty at? I called my vendor an they where laughing. I didn't know at the time there was a small LR on the bottom. HAHAHAHA!

I remember falling asleep on top of my PV only to be awaken by hot burning feeling from a real hot atty....with a burn mark to remind me never do it again...could have been worse. It could have been a cigarette. Just another example why e-cigs are safer!!!

I put my first 801 cartridge into the atty and didn't take the clear plastic cap off. Needless to say my first hit was burnt plastic with a little primer. I wasn't to impressed. lol
