So I'm getting a Super T ELA V2, I've had a mech mod before, but always ran a Kick in it. So I saw something about safety fuses that go on the end of your battery, but all of them seem to only handle 5-7 amps before tripping.

Are there any that support higher amp ratings for doing sub-ohm like down to 0.5 ohms? Say10 amps.

Strange they don't make them higher amperage.

Honestly, you should be relying on your battery's limits and ohms law if you feel you need a higher amp fuse.
a fuse is a crutch that will get ya into trouble.
I'm not being mean.
Don't be lazy, take the time to learn what's going on with batteries, amps and coils. It's not that hard.
In a short time you will be vaping safely without a fuse, on proper gear.
If you don't know what you are doing, you have no business sub ohm vaping.
