Wondering if its just me, or if others have had this issue. Only been using this tank for 2 weeks. Last night i opened the top to refill and i noticed the chimney oring was huge! Think its mealting and expanding. So i switched it out with a new one. Opened it up this morning after only a few vapes, and it did it again! I am vaping at 90w but i dont feel the tank getting hot. Heres a pic

I have had the uwell crown in the past and it that never happened however I did not run mine higher than 80watts just never felt the need to. After using an RDA for the last month I decided to use the crown again due to it's ease of use and great flavor. If this happens to mine I will definitely come back and let you know! Good luck on figuring it out and have a good weekend :)

That happened to me with about 8 juices back in October.
Replace that o-ring and stop using that juice in it or it'll wreck the replacement.
EDIT - I just saw that you already used the replacement. It's the juice.
Uwell said they were setting up a website to sell replacement parts.
They sent me a fistful of replacement o-ring paks so I don't know if they followed through with it.
I quit vaping tank crackers because if the rubber's breaking down then ewwww vapin' it.

I use mine at 75-80W and it hasn't been a problem since I quit using those specific reactive juices

It happened to the top one only.
I think it's because I top fill so it gets compressed, then released, etc
That must help it absorb the citric acid that some rubbers (and plastics) react to.
:2c:

I checked with dial calipers and the rings grew .015-.020" ID & OD IIRC

I see some places charge about $3 for extra o-ring packs.
Do a Google and find the best price. Check company's "about us" and contact us" to find American.
You'll get orders much faster from US addresses.
I forget who sent me extras besides Uwell. Either Code-3 Vapor or Vape Royalty.
Check there.
Here's Uwell's site (ships from Cali) - Uwell Crown Replacement O-rings

I really only like the .25 coil but only lasted a week. Slight leaking at the air controll also. Might have to check that oring
Pulled and re-seated the coil, which seems to have remedied the leakage. Got one week from my first 0.25Ω coil as well, then it became a spitting monster. Was very happy with the NI coil, 50W @ 500F with my liquid of choice, just shy of two weeks life out of it. Will be ordering more of them for sure.
