What mod are you using? What coil do you have installed in the Crown? are your batteries charged? Are your batteries installed? Dont ask why I asked that last question.... when you turn on your mod, what is displayed on the screen assuming your mod has a screen. Do you have an Ohm meter for building coils? put the tank on that and check what the resistance is. Is the coils screwed into the base of the crown tight? is the inside of the 510 clean?

So many issues that it could be, but without more information we cant really help you solve the issue.

I'm using a Sigelei 75w, battery is fine its working with my Nautilus Mini tank right now. I'm not sure what coil is in the Crown tank but its the one that came in the tank straight out the box.

I don't know what a 510/is or how to check the resistance.

On the screen:

9.4 watts
219 degrees
1.68 (top left hand corner, weird symbol after it not sure what it is)
Below that, 0.00v

How do I check the coil resistance?
Have you not read the manual for the mod yet?
You should know how to find the resistance before just whacking a tank on and gunning it.
Knowing the resistance of your coil is pretty damn important.
Is this your first mod?

You definitely need to read the manuals and not rush into things dude

1.68 is the ohm reading (top left), but the Crown tank doesnt come with a coil anywhere near that high

Maybe a loose coil connection/510 connection issue?

Take the coil out of the Crown (turn it upside down and remove the botton section) and see what its value is on the side of the coil

BTW the 219 Degrees - dont know enough about the Sigelei, but it sounds like you have the temp control version and you definitely wont get the stainless steel or kanthal coils in the Crown to work in temp control on the Sigelei. You need to read the manual and find out how to switch it to normal variable wattage mode...

But first you need to sort out the resistance issue....

also when you have the tank apart, make sure the coil is screwed in firmly. dont use pliers and torgue it down, but it needs to be firmly seated.

Get that mod out of TC mode when using a kanthal coil... I have a crown and use it all the time. they dont make a 1.6 ohm coil... so something is wrong.

The 510 is the connector on the mod that the tank screws into. if you have a leaking device on it sometimes you get a build up on the positive center pin and your resistance will be all over the place. a simple q tip wipe down can help with that.

Done.

The following is in the manual:

"Mote: Temperature control mode (TEMP) will only work when using pure nickel wires. If Kanthal wires, please select wattage mode (POWER)."

I have just put the mode on POWER mode (holding the up and down buttons for more than three seconds) and it's still not working.

By the way, the number on the side of the coil is 0.25 and when I just put it in POWER mode and off temp control, the ohm reading is now 0.30.

The 510 is the connector on the mod that the tank screws into. if you have a leaking device on it sometimes you get a build up on the positive center pin and your resistance will be all over the place. a simple q tip wipe down can help with that.

That's fine as well.

Good to hear.

So there you go, you definitely need it out of temp control for it to read stainless/kanthal coils resistances properly it would seem..or your coil was loose. Or both :)

Also the resistances for both the 0.25 and 0.50 are within their ranges, similar to my experiences with the Crown coils. Mods often read differently from one to the next anyways. Plus the Crown coils are made with kanthal lead wires (on either end) with stainless in the middle, so theres some variance there as well.

So hopefully youre over the worst of the learning curve.

The only other thing i can tell you is that start low with the watts and raise gradually on those coils, do not give them the full beans, or in fact anything over 30w right off, wear them in and raise the watts by say 5w every 5th toot, and dont look for massive clouds first off....

I found that anything about 50w tended to burn the coils i had out after 3 or 4 days. 45w seemed to be okay, across all the coils rated higher than 70 even

Some people have gone much higher, and good luck to them, but start out low and wear them in.

Also make sure you prime the coils properly when you change them/refill drip juice into each of the juice holes on the coil, until the coil wont take any more, and let them sit for 10-15 minutes before using. Its also a good idea to give the tank a few primer puffs (short puffs without firing) after a coil change/refill, or if youve left the tank sitting there for any great length of time.

And of course, always close the airflow control before refilling :)

People have had varying experiences with the Crown, i wont colour yours by recounting mine, but if you have further issues, search for Crown in the forums and you will find more advice/help
