Okay so I was already ordering from Shane and liked the products that he offered. I did run into an issue with one of the juices that I ordered and following normal procedure let it steep to see if it changed. Nothing. The flavor was off and just wasn't what I had come to love. I then emailed Shane over the weekend to let him know what I was experiencing. We have been talking back and forth most of the morning about the product and much to my amazement he is going to send out another to see if it is indeed the bottle that I have. I know that this may not seem like much to most. To me it tells me that I am important and that I matter. Something that seems so lost in this digital age. Fuzion in my opinion already had some really great products. They have the customer service to match that as well. Shane truly cares about his customers and what he offers. I will be recommending him quite often now and will not hesitate to order again.
