EM can add sweetness to something that is less sweet. In and of itself it is not a sweetener. It also has a tendency to mute flavors which can be desirable in certain scenarios.

There are a number of sweeteners like cap super sweet and tfa's offering that are diluted in pg, others are using liquid stevia.

From other posts I found to be true:
Not a normal sweetener. Brings richness and moistness-a bit of sweetness like the burnt caramel.
EM: Tiny Bit (A fraction of 1% in your mix) - Gives a "body" to the vapor and may slightly reduce sharp notes.
A Bit (Close to 1% +/- in your mix) - As above but will take the edge off sharp notes and may very slightly sweeten.
A Bunch (1%-5% of mix) - As above plus sweeten. I rarely exceed 2%.
A Load (10%+ of your total mix) - Cotton Candy flavor. I would not try this.

Note: Circus Cotton Candy tastes is not EM and tries to mimic real cotton candy.
Almost any sweet flavor can be used as sweetener. Some folks like to use Marshmallow under 2% to sweeten. Sucralose (Most Common) – Better liquid Stevia in my opinion.
Is it okay to use it as a sweeteners
Sure.

Where can i get liquid stevia from? Walmart?

You certainly may providing it contains nothing that would qualify as an e0liquid ingredient, f'rinstance, PG, VG (often listed as glycerin), alcohol or water. Often 'mega-mart' flavorings have other ingredients, buffers, filers or preservatives. Other than the aforementioned liquids, the only thing listed should be pure Stevia.
