G6 burning roof of my mouth?

By what I heard the KR808s arent supposed to be hot... but I know halo has prided themselves on the G6 giving a nice warm vape.

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else...or what Im doing wrong. I take fairly short pulls (gentle ..trying to change from my analog ways) of 3 seconds. Keeping my carto nice and moist, but I am hitting my G6 quite a bit to keep the analog cravings away (like 10 min every 30 min). I hold each pull in my mouth and either gently inhale with my mouth slightly open (the TH from Halo seems to be strong for a newbie) or I will french inhale.

Is this normal? What should I do to minimize the heat!

I am trying everything I can to make A hot vape (even chain vaping) but I cant get it anywhere near burning my mouth.
are you using a G6 battery or passthrough ?

Using the standard G6 batt (no passthru). I could be the hot pizza I had today should have stated that in my post. But I dont think so...the vape even seems warm (but not unpleasent). It almost feels like if you smoke a pipe or cigar...just not quite as hot.

Maybe I should try a different Carto?

Maybe, i was wondering you you had something malfunctioning, because ive never had them that hot. And i am using the same setup. Even with a passthrough that is hotter and still no problem

If you had already burnt the roof of your mouth with hot pizza then that would make sense. I doubt it is the device by itself. I vape mostly 5-6 volts on mods and the vape is very warm but does not burn my mouth. (though it can burn your lips). French inhale always burns my nose with eliquid too.

Yeah I used to do it occasionally with cigarettes but it burns or makes me sneeze with e-cigs.

Ok, thats what i figured, I thought i was the only one that did that
always have with analogs and i vape the same way

Ya..the french inhale is a way to get more of the nic out of the juice due to the blood vessels in your nose being very close to the surface.

I think it was the hot food that slightly singed the roof of my mouth, and it is just very sensitive to the warm vapor (nice to know though that the G6 adverts are true that the vapor is warm).

Ok... changed to a new carto after the last one actually felt like it was burning my lip, and all is good. So final conclusion is the cart I had was running REALLY HOT. Curious if anyone else has ever had this happen? Im suprised the atomizer didnt fry itself it was getting so hot.

I found the vapor from the first carto on my G6 to be a little warmer than I'm used to but not hot. One thing that did tone town the temp of the vapor was I put an aluminum drip tip on mine. I actually had a purple drip tip for my 510 and was tinkering with it to see if would fit. What do you know, it actually did fit the G6 carto.

Thanks ....I did find what was burning my mouth is Im a heavy dragger... Now that i have my Buzz Pro, with drip tip and tank...its all good!
