Gagging while vaping?

I've been vaping for a few months now, and although nothing in my setup/method has changed, I've recently begun to gag quite a bit while taking the mouth>lung inhale. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this, or any ideas on how to fix it?

I have had this problem.
It started with analogs. After a few years I found myself buying a different brand/flavor every couple of days to prevent gagging. Now the same is happening with vaping. I noticed that it only happens when my nose or throat is clogged. Depending on your body and where you live, allergies play a big role. In NC right now, the pollen is a plague and I am taking allergy meds. I cut down the wick in my RDA and I am vaping with no problem.
