Gamucci Harshness

I have a gamucci classic (pen style) that I recently replaced with a janty yentl. Seeing how much I spent on the gamucci I really dont want to get rid of it. My main problem with it is the harshness of the vapor it puts off. Its so harsh I cant inhale it without choking and coughing. Its not the thickness of the smoke, as its pretty light, it just has a caustic awful taste. Would cleaning make a difference? Or is it the cartridges...was thinking about getting some janty carts for it... any recommendations?

I am a newbie too. I have no experience with that brand but I have a Mom in law that is a very heavy smoker that just might like the harshness of that unit. If you decide you don't want it let me know. Harsh is bad for you and I but I think might be what she is looking for.

Hi phildo, How long have you been smoking the gamucci? All atomizers come charged with fluid that is'nt always pleasant. May take a while to burn through it and clear it out. And if it's not the carts or fluid your using it might be worth trying to clean the atomizer. What have you got to loose? If you think it's the carts, try the Janty fluid or carts. You can't go wrong with the Janty's, it's excellent. RY4 rocks! Good luck.

bought it in Mid-June, smoked it for a day, put it in a drawer until about 2 weeks ago...charged up the batteries, put fresh cart in. been harsh the whole time. perhaps I'll give cleaning it a shot, but if it doesn't improve I would consider an offer for it...I'll let you know.

well, more than a day's initial use...more like 1 1/2 weeks.

I love the harsh hit you get in the back of the throat. Just like a real cigarette i guess. have you tried the Gamucci Cigars? Now they give a real nice throat hit !
