Gauge of a twisted wire??

word for the wise, make sure your posts can handle that thick of a wire before twisting. Also, a quad 28g coil is gonna be WAY less on the ohms dept. so be prepaied to have a massaivly long coil if your used to vaping anything from .6 and up... just food for thought...
Ya I'm well aware of all of that, I've been rebuilding for a while. I just wanted a general idea of what gauge it would have come out to

That will really depend on how tight you twist it. You'll really have to see how far you can push it to see how thin you can keep it.
Just remember, kanthal work hardens, meaning it becomes more fragile/prone to breakage the more you work with it, so I imagine the tighter you twist it the closer you will get to it's breaking point. I've twisted some kanthal a lot further than I thought it would go, but never had it break yet.
