Well, thing is, if I have the opportunity FIRST to try wares to make sure they meet standards, then I don't mind carrying them. If I'm going to implement any kind of replacement program, I want to make sure that the hardware isn't pure crap to begin with. Otherwise we lose money BIGTIME!
