I tried to order once and after waiting about a week and a half, I checked the order status and it said payment was unsuccessful so I reordered and two weeks later I got the same email message from them. I won't waste the time again. Not sure if it is related, but shortly after, I got a notice from my bank cancelling my debit card because of fraudulent attempts to use it.

Gearbest=Garbage, Ordered from them 2 months ago. They sent confirmation email, but never sent a tracking #. Contacted support 2 weeks after my package didn't show up, they replied saying the order was never paid for and wasn't shipped for that reason. My bank statement says otherwise, **** gearbest.
Stick with fasttech if you're gonna go with a chinese company

I've used both never had a problem with either site, fast delivery by both. If an item says its genuine then it usually is but there has been the odd time ive seen that things people have ordered which clearly were not but have always been rectified by either site. To be totally honest though some of the clones or "styled" items can be better than the originals :)

I placed an order a few months ago, and they broke it into two shipments. One arrived in two weeks, one never did. When I contacted them about the missing shipment, they told me their policy was to wait until 60 days had passed, then they would take care of it. I followed up with them after 60 days and they offered me a store credit for the missing items. About a week later they issued the store credit.

75 days was a little too much of a wait for my tastes. I would choose Fasttech over them in the future, as their customer service policies are more helpful, and I've received every shipment without a problem.
