Geeks, an intro and a problem

Hi all,

Stumbled across the forum looking for information about a new mod. Been vaping for a year now, started with a Halo Triton system that I replaced with a Sigelei ZMAX v5, Aspire nautilus Mini, and a Panasonic 3400mAh batt. So far, I've loved the mod and experience.

However, I convinced my fried to buy the ZMAX to go with his existing nautilus to replace a standard eGo. We just received his mod, threw one of my fully charged spare batts in it, and are getting a "low vol" message. Tried the same batt in my ZMAX and it's full. Checked everything I can think of, and am almost convinced it's a DOA mod. Anyone have any advice?

Doublecheck the battery on your known-and-working ZMAX, if it shows the same message, try throwing the battery onto a charger again because batteries could lose the charge when stored for prolonged times.

If not, then contact the supplier he/she bought it from and try to get a replacement or a refund for the ZMAX he/she bought.

We've checked all my spare batts which are fully charged (verified with a charger and my working mod). They all show "low vol" on his. We were hoping it wasn't DOA, because he really likes mine. I've let him use it a few times just to make sure he liked the mod.
