I asked an additional question in the 'ask a question' part of this thread and it stuck it in the middle of the page along with the rest of my questions. Could you have a look please? If not, can you tell me how to send this one back for service/replacement? My problem now is the usb port. And not being able to connect to my pc for an update on firmware. Gives an error message on the mod of 'Low Power protection'. ????What is that and what does it mean? It is almost impossible to insert the cord into the mod because it just doesn't want to go in, almost like it is out of line or something, have to wiggle to get it in(no jokes please).

New batch will not back in stock anymore, as factory has stop processing it.

I saw them on the Geekvape site.

Back to your original question, I don't see the OG Legend being offered on the Geekvape site, only the limited edition. That may be why you can't order the color you want from your vendor

We are still processing the rainbow color, but it is sold very well and out of stock at this moment. We will do it as soon as possible. By the way, we may recommend you to search other online stores for the color if you really like to have that color.

I just wanted to weigh in on my experiences. This will be the abridged version. Full version here: Geekvape Aegis Legend Owners Group

I got this as a trade for a Pax 3 I won in a raffle, also got a Mason RDA with the Legend. Worked great for 24 hours but I did notice disappointing battery life, so I decided to update. After failing to update on Windows 7 multiple times I found my device to be bricked. Tried a few things I saw other people online do and nothing worked for me. I even clean installed Windows 7, then a custom Win7 OS, then Ubuntu, and in the end my roommate let me use his MacBook to update the Legend to 1.2 That went very smoothly and I am once again vaping in style :D

Just a note to GeekVape, it seems like all the complaints I've personally seen involve Windows updates bricking the mod, and a few other people have fixed it using either another PC or a Mac. Just something to look into... Yes it could be the Windows computers themselves but I did a clean install and removed all my drivers and started over from scratch. I will admit I am using an ancient Dell Inspiron 1545 so it's possible my laptop was the issue all along in my case.

Either way I have a perfectly functioning updated Aegis Legend and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for an amazing product, I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next ;) Hopefully all the software bugs will be worked out before release. I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm willing to wait a few extra months to have most of the bugs worked out. But hey I'm a hardcore addict and I vape like it so if you need some user-end quality control send me your latest prototypes and I promise I'll find everything wrong with it :headbang:


EDIT: I just saw that colorshift green/purple limited edition...... DAMN that thing is sex. GeekVape wanna trade? :D
Better yet what I gotta do for a Hungarian flag....?

Absolutely is the problem. That is at least a 9 year old computer which probably needs a BIOS update to talk to things like the Aegis. Whether Dell ever came out with one or not, I have no idea. But I have many computers, but one of my old favorites is the Gateway M465. I love their docking station (where did all of the wonder laptops with docking stations go?) and its 11 years old. But this one does have the BIOS update and has Windows 8.1 on it and can do Aegis updates on it all day long. ;)

Thank you for sharing @Miklos103. We will pay more attention to quality control of the products to bring more quality products to the market.

just ordered my geek vape legends 200w kit and two Sony vtc6 batteries. I was wondering what setting should I use with these batteries, mind you I'm not a cloud chaser. thanks in advance
You'll be fine at whatever wattage the Legend will do. 200W with 2 vtc6 batteries leaves 12% headroom and it doesn't sound like you're aiming for 200W.

I run my Aero tank at 60W with the .2Ω supermesh coils.
I'm running a weaker flavor juice at 62.5W but 60W is perfect for me with most.
I prejuice my coil and let it set in the full tank for 10 minutes taking no-power hits every few minutes to prime it. Then I start at 40W and add 5w every 5-10 minutes to get to 60W. Try that to find what you like.
Start too high and scorch your coil. My way works for me with no scorching.
