Thanks Anna. I have really enjoyed doing the three reviews so far. I still feel like I'm a little inexperienced at it and want to get better. I try to watch for any comments and appreciate everyone who takes the time to comment. I'm trying to do my best to get all of my thoughts into the review but obviously I knew what I was thinking but didn't explain it.

Been using my Geek Vape Agis Legend for just over 2 months. Securing the battery door is a bit more difficult than on my other mods but it appears that the Geek Vape battery door design should ensure trouble-free use. The battery doors on my Smok Alien, Tesla Steampunk 220, and Sigelei Fuchai units have lost their tension and frequently pop open or lose battery contact. I replaced the original mesh coil with the quad 0.16 coil as the mesh coil developed a burnt taste after 2 months of daily use. Were I ready to purchase another mod, the Geek Vape Agis Legend would be my first choice.

It is a great mod. I still struggle a little bit with closing the battery door. It seemed like I was going through batteries fairly quick with the stock coils and found out that there is a firmware update for the legend that really helps extend the battery life. Just go to their website and follow the directions. It was pretty easy to update.

Experienced my first problem with the Geek Vape Agis Legend after only 4 months in use. Went to change the batteries and noticed the little button on the battery door was gone. I've always treated the unit with care (never dropped it) and was surprised the button was gone. My experience with every previous mod (Smok Alien, Tesla Steampunk, Sigelei Fuchai) involves problems with the battery doors. My pricy Lost Vape Paranormal DNA 75 has a battery door that, while not loose, is difficult to open. The battery door appears to be the Achilles Heel of many mods. Any suggestions for a reliable mod?

You might try contacting Geekvape and see if they will do something about the problem you're having. They have a forum here on ECF so you could try contacting them. If you are having consistent problems with battery doors then maybe something with a magnetic battery cover might work better for you.

I'd second the Geekvape forum, they may be able to assist you with getting it repaired. Also (I have yet to do mine) I hear the latest update gives a lot better battery life, if you can get your battery door resolved, well, it might be nice to not be changing them as much. Mine has loosened up a smidge, but other than that it has been fine (I do agree with you about battery doors and Achilles heels and whatnot) and good luck!
