I was wondering more if it would discolor and fog up preventing seeing into the coil.
I just assumed it would perform much like a glass tank. I could be totally wrong, though, since this is the first glass rda I have seen. I really like the look of the glass one! :)

Windowed Tsunami 24 incoming, I am going to be putting it on a Dripbox 160. Update when it arrives. It was a close thing between the Tsunami 24 and the Nalu, but Geekvape has been good to me lately. They sent a replacement for the entire deck on my Griffin when one of the grubs stripped out after my 2nd coil change.

Tsunami 24 and the Dripbox 160 arrived today. And yes, I am using the BF atty that came with the DB160, but I have it on a different squonker. It is better than the stinking Hobo clone I was using before.

As for the Tsunami 24, it overhangs the edge of the DB160 a little, but that doesn't bother me. The deck is cake to build on, I moved a couple coils over that I had crammed into a Royal Hunter to it for the time being until I have the time to make a new build for a little later this week. So far I have discovered the danger of squonking too hard. With as high as you can mount the coils, I would have preferred the airflow holes a little higher than the juice well. But it will be better as the bottle empties. Otherwise I really like the atty. edited to add - So far the glass stays very clear

The Dripbox has a couple of drawbacks. But I can deal, it was a cheap device.

Got the geek vape alien coils today. Ordered an avocado 24 and saw they had the geek vape alien coils too, so grabbed a couple.

I really didn't feel like building a coil, but really wanted to try the avocado so put an alien coil in single coil mode. Nice RTA, but just wasn't wicking fast so pulled it and put it in my tsunami 24 along with a 2nd coil.

Careful, these may ohm under .1. The package says .5 ohm. But think that's the whole coil, there is enough wire to do a 6th wrap I think. Will measure the whole coil when I open the other package and it will probably be .5 out of the package with the full leads.

Just an FYI as I only have 1 device that can fire under .1 and actually ohming at .9, but it was at .1 when I freshly built and wicked it.

But wow. I think these coils are made for the tsunami 24. They are perfectly sized and rip. Not a build to bring in public. This setup with about 60% airflow, produces massively dense vapor.

Vaping at like 60-80 watts.

Very nice.

I wish the alien coils were slightly fatter. Seems to be around a 2.8 ID (didn't measure) and have tons of room in the tsunami.

OOPS I was in search mode for Avocado and this thread came up... forgive me.
I guess they're cousins... havent tried Tsumani yet.
Avocado 24 bottom air flow model... I have 2 because it was only one available on the first purchase, and I love it so ordered another. Im sure the 22 and other 24 models are good too but havent researched differences.
I use Temp control (Ni200 or SS) to eliminate harshness and have been a single coil guy forever. Avo24 has become favorite over the Pharoah but both share time.
I got first leaking today after I used both bottom and top air flow holes (front and back) so I assume the leak came from the back (top air?) as juice can come up when tilting. I dont need a hell of a lot of air so I just went back to bottom only. I agree with RipT that air flow is smooth as silk whichever orientation you choose.
Im thinking SS is a hotter vape and may have some effect on the flavor so will try Ni200 next time.
I used to love squonking but havent tried it if possible with TC...? if that exists?
