05.09.24... DO NOT buy THIS BRAND!! THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been a Geekvape Wenax K1 user for years. These past few months, every time i've ordered pods they arrived cracked at the bottom!! No matter where i buy them from!! I contacted Geekvape and got the most impersonal and we don't give a damn response!! They are aware that their quality control has turned to .... and don't plan to do anything about it!! I was referred to their warranty statement which says they do NOT warranty pods for ANY reason!! With 8 out of 16 pods that i ordered broken and unusable, that's a whole lot of money down the drain!!! I'm ...... as hell!! I kicked Geekvape to the curb, and am currently using smok Novo 2 which i LOVE!! I highly advise you to look elsewhere for your vaping needs as well!!
I heard their quality took a nosedive, but it's still surprising that they'd refuse to replace cracked pods.
You might consider calling your bank so they can do a charge back. As far as I'm aware you would have every right to do so, because the products are defective and (I'm assuming) unusable.

Yeah their customer service rep was just rude and blunt. Didn't even offer to forward my complaint to the quality control department. I'll check into the bank charge back. I didn't think of that. Yep you can see in the pics that many of them were still in the intact bubble packaging and were cracked! Just ridiculous the apathy they have for their consumers! They'll not get another dime from me! And i'm making sure that people are aware of their poor quality so that they don't waste their money. Thanx for replying!
Shocking that is, they won't be getting my money in future. Everyone has problems, it's how you deal with them that counts.
