So I got an e-mail from Fasttech and they are saying

The product you ordered are authentic and hot-selling, our manufacturer can only provide us certain quantities for every batches.

We assign stock according to the ordering time. Last batch for this item is not enough to cover all orders, so it is restocking again and we need to wait next batch.

The manufacturer has now confirmed that the item in question can ship in 10-15 business days. We will have your order shipped if once we receive this item.

First in first out until they have enough inventory to fill them all.
