There is a great deal of flexibility in RTAs. You can put in whatever will fit comfortably in the deck. If you just want a functional number I usually prefer 5-8 coil wraps on a 3mm mandrel myself. Too short and they get too hot and burn wicks, and too long and the juice doesn’t make it to the center and it burns wicks

Everyone builds their RTAs a little differently so there is no "simple' recommendation. It's really set up as a MTL tank, it's got a tight draw. As far as resistance, wraps, and etc., you could check out the dedicated thread for this tank for some ideas: Vandy Vape BERSERKER (24mm) MTL RTA

Mainly, you want to select your wire, and to caluculate your resistance, number of wraps and etc. you would use steam-engine.org to figure out what might work well based on your type of wire and what target resistance you want for this particular build.
